Executive Room, from a terrace or balcony have views over the garden or the city of Porto, and are located between the 1st-3rd floors, further away from the main building. Require 2 lifts to be accessed. Outdoor swimming pool closed from November 1st to March 31st. Gastronomic Restaurant – 2 Michelin Star: Closed from January 5th to March 3rd, 2025. Please note that the Restaurant and Spa have a very high demand. Therefore, advanced reservation is advised in order to guarantee availability. Special requests and preferences cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
