Totally renovated in 2018, the Hotel Topázio Mar is tis located in Albufeira and is just 500 metres from Aveiros Beach and 300 metres from an array of bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Albufeira's old town is two kilometres away. The hotel features a pleasant outdoor area with a garden, swimming pool and pool bar where you can enjoy the Algarve's many sunny days. Guests can enjoy breakfast with a swimming pool view. The rooms and apartments of the Topazio Mar each include a satellite TV, minibar, safe, coffee machine, hairdryer, air conditioning and balcony. The apartments also have a kitchenette with a microwave.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
