O hotel está localizado em um lugar tranquilo no coração de Lisboa, perto da Praça dos Restauradores, próximo da principal zona comercial de Lisboa e a poucos passos de muitos dos melhores pontos turísticos da cidade. Os transportes públicos estão a poucos passos do hotel, o que torna toda a cidade facilmente acessível. Dispõe de 100 quartos com uma decoração moderna, os quartos superiores com vista para o Castelo de São Jorge. No restaurante Taberna da Glória, tanto o ambiente como a comida são excelentes, um lugar charmoso e acolhedor. Este hotel é para não fumadores.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
