Torel Palace, means two historic mansions dating back to 1902 and 1904, owned by a private family and the church respectively. Situated on the Colina Sant´Ana in the very heart of Lisbon, Torel Palace looks over the city centre, a hidden gem and calm paradise in the hustle and bustle of the city. Torel Palace, means a lovingly renovated, elegant yet cozy home for visitors from all over the world. From our garden with pool and the terraces you can enjoy breath-taking views over the city centre all the way to the river Tejo. When renovating, we took great care in keeping the character of the buildings while at the same time ensuring a modern touch and comfort with specific attention to detail.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
