Walking along Rua da Escola Politécnica, we can go to the exuberant Botanical Garden and the National Museum of Natural History and Science. Both Avenida da Liberdade, Chiado and Bairro Alto are just a short 5-minute walk away. The Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Principe Real building has been completely rehabilitated, maintaining its characteristics of the 1940s architecture. With typologies between the Studio, T1 and T2, the 20 apartments are renovated and equipped to offer a comfortable experience, with the all necessary amenities. Maintenance cleaning is daily, as well as the supply of bathroom supplies. The replacement of bed linen and towels is done after 3 days of stay, or when requested.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
