This apartment complex enjoys a peaceful location near Costa Teguise, just a kilometer from a beautiful sandy beach, entertainment venues, shops, and a sports center offering golf, paddle tennis, and windsurfing. A reception desk, safes (prepaid), free Wi-Fi, and a currency exchange are available in the foyer. Guest parking is also provided. The apartments feature en suite bathrooms, kitchenettes, fridges, and terraces, and are fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Guests can relax by the freshwater swimming pool and on the sun terrace.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
