Description

The Florasol Residence Hotel, conveniently located near Funchal's seafront and the Lido swimming complex, is just 20 km from Madeira International Airport and 2 km from the historic city center. Each studio and one-bedroom apartment features a private balcony, a kitchenette or kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, and kettle, and a full bathroom (shower or bath) with a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy amenities including an adult and children's pool, a sun terrace, a children's playground, billiards and table tennis, a restaurant, a bar, free Wi-Fi, and limited free parking. Guests also have access to the facilities at the nearby Dorisol Complex (300m). Studios and one-bedroom apartments can accommodate a 3rd and 4th guest on a sofa bed. Please note that while parking is free, spaces are limited, and advance reservations are not possible.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
