The hotel is located within 300 m from the beach and close to the town centre of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The bus station is a 9 minute walk from the property. This historic landmark palace was converted into a 42-room accommodation establishment in 2011. Amenities and services at this air-conditioned city hotel include a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities, a hotel safe and lift access to the rooms. There is an in-house swimming pool, which is currently closed, café, bar and restaurant. Conferences facilities are available. In addition to an en-suite bathroom, standard rooms are equipped with a telephone, mini-bar and wireless Internet access. - 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
