O palácio foi construído a partir de 1885 para os últimos Reis de Portugal, e localiza-se a duas horas de Lisboa, e a uma do Porto, no interior da Mata Nacional do Bussaco, ex-libris botânico e natural de Portugal. Esta imensa floresta de 105 hectares, plantada e murada pela Ordem dos Carmelitas Descalços no 1º quartel do séc. XVII, possui espécies vegetais do mundo inteiro, muitas delas gigantescas, e proporciona inúmeros e inesquecíveis passeios pedestres em contacto estreito com a natureza, com passagem por deslumbrantes fontes, capelas, ermidas e miradouros pela serra acima. A sua Via-Sacra e o Convento de Santa Cruz conferem igualmente a este local ímpar e bucólico um ambiente raro da maior paz e serenidade.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
