Das Hotel liegt im Touristenzentrum von Estoril mit Blick auf das größte Kasino Europas und etwa 150 m vom Kongresszentrum sowie ungefähr 300 m vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und eine Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich in einer Umgebung von rund 300 m. Eine Diskothek liegt ca. 2 km vom Hotel entfernt.Das 2005 renovierte Hotel verfügt über ein 5-geschossiges Hauptgebäude mit insgesamt 51 Zimmern. Das Gebäude besitzt eine Empfangshalle mit einer 24h-Rezeption, einen Hotelsafe, eine Wechselstube und einen Aufzug.
