The hotel is situated at the north entrance to Vila do Porto, making it the ideal spot to explore the Golden Island. The apartment hotel is a holiday retreat in the warmest of the Azores islands. Whether on business or leisure, it is the perfect place to stay. The accommodation is designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation through a number of facilities and services. For healthy rides throughout the island, bicycles can be hired at the reception desk. All rooms have a private balcony or veranda and individually regulated air conditioning. The hotel offers excellent conditions for relaxation and enjoyment. The outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by gardens and an ample sun deck, has direct access to the snack bar and esplanade. The health club provides services, such as a gym and various massage treatments.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
