The residence is surrounded by vineyards and offers fantastic views of the sea and mountains. This holiday village was built in 2009 and comprises 134 apartments distributed across 9 fully air-conditioned buildings. Additional facilities include a café and WLAN Internet access. Those arriving by car may use the garage and in their leisure time guests can take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
