With sea views in all rooms and apartments, this property is located in the city of Peniche, just 4 minutes' walk from the fort and 2 minutes from the ferry dock that takes you to Berlenga Island. Just 2 minutes walk you will find the most popular tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and museums. Both rooms and apartments have air conditioning, cable TV, private bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi and some have private balconies. The apartments allow occupancy between 2 and 6 people. All are equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, electric oven, electric kettle and toaster. Daily cleaning of this type of accommodation is not performed, but can be done on request and with an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
