The Aparthotel Novo Resort is located on the shoreline Barrosa has apartments and luxury penthouses with a minimalist design.The resort is located in the Resort Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri surrounded by 30,000 m2 of tropical with 4 outdoor pools with hot tub and kiddie pool gardens. Each apartment has a terrace / balcony with views to the garden, Kitchen, Salon with dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms with shower. The penthouses have terraces with barbecue and jacuzzi. The clients can use the instalation of the Royal Hideaway as Spa, Restaurants, Mini club for the children etc. The Novo Resort is easily accessible by the A48 motorway and is just 20 minutes' drive from Cádiz and 35 minutes from Jerez de la Frontera. In the area of Novo Sancti Petri are 5 golf courses within 5 km.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
