Description

Der Apartmentkomplex liegt, durch eine Straße getrennt, nur ca. 150 m vom schönen Sandstrand entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich das Stadtzentrum mit zahlreichen Vergnügungs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in ca. 150 m zu erreichen. Die geschmackvolle, 2003 erbaute Anlage liegt in einem 500 qm Garten und verfügt auf 3 Etagen in 4 Gebäuden über 30 Apartments. Den Gästen stehen eine Empfangshalle, Aufzüge, ein Parkplatz und eine Garage zur Verfügung. Die hell und freundlich eingerichteten Apartments verfügen über einen kombinierten Wohn-/Schlafraum, ein Bad/WC, Kühlschrank, Kochnische, Mietsafe, separates Schlafzimmer und Satelliten-/Kabel-TV. In der gepflegten Außenanlage befinden sich ein Süßwasserpool sowie eine Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen. Der nächste Golfplatz befindet sich in ungefähr 5 km Entfernung.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
