Description

The design and the decoration radiate a feeling of luxury and relaxation. The apartments are located in the area of Portimão, with the nearest shops some 7 minutes' walk and the beach is at Praia da Rocha, around 750 m from the complex. WIFI broadband Internet access is available in the reception and bar areas (charges apply) and guests may enjoy a sophisticated, innovative restaurant and a bar. Further facilities on offer to guests include air conditioning, a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, hotel safe, lift access, a café, parking, a garage and a children's playground.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
