La playa de Alvor está situada a sólo cuatro kilómetros del hotel, y éste ofrece a todos sus huéspedes un servicio gratuito de transporte desde junio hasta finales de septiembre. El hotel está situado entre la tradicional ciudad pesquera de Portimão y la ciudad histórica de Lagos. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
