Description

The hotel is set in a privileged and quiet location by the Mediterranean Sea, right next to the beach and 300 m from the centre of Can Picafort. It is an ideal place to take a holiday at any time of the year. The town of Palma de Mallorca and its airport are both 60 km away. The 44 apartments and 3 studios are spread across 3 floors. They each have TV, air conditioning, coffee facilities, a bathroom with hair dryer, fitted kitchen, living area and a terrace. The hotel's terrace has a swimming pool which is covered and heated in winter and exposed to the sun in summer. Guests will find complimentary hammocks and parasols nearby, a health and beauty centre, and a solarium. There is also an à la carte restaurant located next to the sea with excellent Mediterranean views.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
