Its rooms are distributed over 6 buildings around a central area with spectacular gardens and irresistible crystalline water swimming pools, one of which features a sunken galleon where the kids will have hours of fun. This hotel, located at the gates of PortAventura Parks, has unlimited access to PortAventura Park throughout the stay and 1-day access to Ferrari Land included per stay and person (according to parks opening dates and times). Also offers preferential booking for table service restaurants in the parks via the hotel's Guest Service Desk and Pick-Up service at PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land shops. PortAventura Parks main entrance is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
