This apartment complex, situated near Llenguadets beach on Bruselas Street, features seven beautifully designed apartments. Guests can enjoy breathtaking sea views from this privileged location. The complex offers a playground, garden, swimming pool, children's pool, a bar-restaurant, and a convenient supermarket with a bakery and newspaper stand. Parking, four elevators, and Wi-Fi are also available. The C6 apartments comprise a twin bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and an American-style kitchenette. The C4 apartments offer two twin beds and a sofa bed in a single room. All apartments include a full bathroom and a private terrace.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
