The complex features 60 fully-equipped apartments, each with satellite/cable TV, a kitchen (including a fridge and oven), a washing machine, and individually controlled air conditioning and heating. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and a children's playground. The spa (swimming pool and jacuzzi are currently closed, while the sauna and Gym remain open from Monday to Sunday, 14:00-21:00. Reception hours are Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 23:00 and Friday to Sunday from 09:00 to 00:00.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
