Hotel facilities: 1 Restaurant • 2 bars • Indoor heated pool • Outdoor swimming pool, not heated • 2 playgrounds: 1 indoor and 1 outdoor• Playroom• Gymnasium• Meeting room (paid service, subject to availability)• Garage (free, subject to availability). Free access to the Outdoor Water Park from 01/05/2025 until 30/09/2025. Limited free access to Indoor Park from 01/10/2025 until 30/04/2026: 3h per night of stay, per guest assigned to the reservation, non-cumulative and non-transferable. Adventure Circuit & Playground not included. Food and beverages are not allowed in the Indoor Park.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
