Description

Close to the banks of the Lis River, Eurosol Residence stands out due to the fast access to the Leiria city center. There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the building. All apartments have a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, stove, hood and utensils according to the room capacity and some of them also have a dining and leaving room area that includes a sofa with cable television for guests to use. Eurosol Residence also has facilities such as an outdoor pool on the terrace with a view over the city, a fitness room, sauna and Lounge Bar. Guests have free private parking available with an electric vehicle charging station subject to availability. Pets are also welcome on this property through additional payment according to regulation.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
