Estabelecido por um inglês em 1764, o Lawrence’s Hotel é o hotel mais antigo da Península Ibérica. É um local histórico, pois foi quando hospedado aqui em 1809 que George Lord Byron começou sua famosa obra, A Peregrinação de Childe Harold. O Lawrence’s Hotel também é conhecido por abrigar vários escritores portugueses, como Eça de Queirós, que o menciona em muitas de suas obras. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
