***THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT BUILDINGS, AT CHECK-IN TIME CLIENTS WILL BE INFORMED ABOUT WHICH HOTEL THEY ARE GOING TO STAY*** The Poseidon complex consists of two hotels, Poseidon and Poseidon Palace, both renewed in 2005 and joined by a large area of gardens and swimming pools. Just 350 meters from the Levante beach and the shopping area of Benidorm. All year Services: 2 pools, terraces, sun loungers and parasols, 2 bars, 2 lounges, conference rooms and reception with 24 hours service. Free WiFi service is available in all the hotel. Summer only: entertainment and dancing on the terrace with outdoor setting. Special children's entertainment with mini-club. Only in winter: Heated pool, jacuzzi and gym (open 01 / 10-31 / 05). Entertainment dances in the ballroom.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
