H10 Las Palmeras is perfectly located for both business and leisure guests in Tenerife. Both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the hotel's facilities and services. Guests can find air conditioning, desk, mini bar, balcony/terrace. The facilities include outdoor pool, kids club, tennis courts, mini golf. The hotel provides great entertainment program for children, that is available during the Christmas period and summer months (July, August).

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
