El hotel está situado en la isla de Porto Santo, a unos 3 km del centro de Vila Baleira. La casa museo de Cristóbal Colón está a 4 km del hotel y la montaña Pico do Castelo a 20 minutos en coche. El aeropuerto de Porto Santo dista aproximadamente 5 km. El establecimiento climatizado tiene 36 habitaciones y dispone de vestíbulo con recepción 24 horas, caja fuerte y ascensor para acceder a las plantas superiores. También se cuenta con restaurante y bar, aparcamiento y parque infantil. Por un suplemento, también se puede hacer uso del servicio de habitaciones y de lavandería, al igual que del servicio de alquiler de bicicletas. Todas las habitaciones están bien equipadas, con aire acondicionado, TV, teléfono de línea directa, caja fuerte, minibar, nevera y cuarto de baño privado.
