We consider it meaningful that every activity we perform has a considerate impact on the environment. • We perform standard room cleaning every other day (if you wish to arrange cleaning individually, ask at the hotel reception) • We change the bed linen every 4 days of the stay (of course, we use ecological laundry) • Towels are changed according to the green program in the bathroom • When cleaning the room, we use ecological detergents

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
