Please note that Warmoesstraat is only accessible by bicycle and the hotel does not have an elevator/lift requiring guests to use stairs to reach their rooms. The hotel offers 24-hour check-in (after 2 PM) with luggage storage available for early arrivals. Check-out is at 11 AM. City and tourism taxes can be paid in Euros or by major credit cards. Enjoy breakfast and traditional Dutch snacks in the restaurant, relax with a drink in the bar (open daily from 8 AM to 12:30 AM). Twin or double bed requests and canal view rooms are subject to availability. A credit card or €50 cash deposit is required per room.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
