Located at the foot of the bond of union to the 92 Highway, 10 km from Granada, 45 minutes from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada and 3 Km from domestic airport, this newly built hotel incorporates the new technologies facilities and services to customers. A large window opens to make way for a modern hotel with open spaces that provide the comfort of a spacious hall. In it you will find the reception, access to rooms and parking, coffee shop and also find the elevator that takes you to our restaurant. In this same plant is also equipped rooms for holding business meetings and events. We have a private parking exclusively for customers and outdoor parking area. On the ground floor is the Restaurant and Lounge Capitulaciones Real Capitulaciones, ready to host celebrations of more than 500 people. The Hotel has 93 rooms in Single, Double Standard, triple, quadruple and two superior double rooms with minibar and ironing machine. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
