The Catalonia Reina Victoria Wellness & Spa hotel was built in 1906 in Victorian style and was the residence and workplace of the famous Czech poetist Rainer Maria Rilke, whose room is nowadays a small museum. Next to the entrance of the hotel there\'s a 24-hour reception, safety box, currency exchange service and an elevator. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
