You will be well-received at all times of your stay, from the moment of check-in, to the delicious breakfast prepared with attention to every detail, through personalized advice of activities at your disposal in this city as well as in all around the Algarve. From the 1st of March to the 31st of October a tourist tax of €1.5 per person / night will be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days The tax will be charged to all customers aged 13 and over.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
