As a proud member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux collection and distinguished with two Michelin stars, The Yeatman Hotel offers classic luxury in the historic heart of Vila Nova de Gaia. Executive Rooms, situated between the first and third floors, feature terraces or balconies with views of either the garden or the city of Porto. Please note these rooms require the use of two lifts. The outdoor swimming pool is closed from November 1st to March 31st, and the two-Michelin-starred Gastronomic Restaurant is closed from January 5th to March 3rd, 2025. Due to high demand, advance reservations are recommended for both the restaurant and spa to guarantee availability. Special requests and preferences are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
