Description

The family-friendly bungalow complex is situated in the village of Santo da Serra, where guests will find shops, restaurants, several local bars, a church, a bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdresser's, bus and taxi facilities and a petrol station. There is also a park, famous for its variety of endemic flora, and a viewing point from which guests can see Machico's valley, Ponta de São Lourenço and Porto Santo island on clear days. Machico beach is approximately 9 km from the complex and the city of Funchal is roughly 22 km away. Madeira Airport is around 8 km from the bungalow complex. A beautiful example of a 'quinta', owned by the same family for decades, this hotel is situated 670 m above sea level, in the village of Santo da Serra, between Santa Cruz, Machico and Funchal. For the purpose of accommodating visitors, the estate has been developed and chalets and self catering semi-detached cottages have been built in the surrounding gardens. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
