This beautiful aparthotel, fully renovated in 2016, is located on Mallorca's southwest coast, just 150 meters from the stunning beaches of Es Carregador, Palmanova, Son Matías, and Magalluf. The center of Magalluf is a mere 100 meters away, and Palma de Mallorca Airport is only 20 km from the property. The hotel offers 50 apartments, each with a private balcony or terrace. Apartment amenities include two single beds in the bedroom, two sofa beds in the lounge, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cookware, and a bathroom with a large shower and hairdryer. Studios feature a sofa bed, kitchenette, and bathroom; one is adapted for guests with limited mobility and has two single beds. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
