Der Komplex befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend des touristischen Zentrums von Los Cancajos, nur rund 300 m vom Strand entfernt. Er besitzt eine ausgezeichnete Lage am Fuße eines Hügels und bietet unglaublich schöne Ausblicke aufs Meer. In der Umgebung erwarten die Gäste Restaurants und Anbindungen an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Bis nach Santa Cruz de la Palma sind es rund 4,5 km und bis zum Flughafen etwa 4 km. Das Hotel ist im typisch kanarischen Stil erbaut und von Natur umgeben. Insgesamt bietet es seinen Gästen 38 Zimmer, ein Restaurant und einen Internetzugang. Gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr können die Gäste die Autovermietung, den Fahrradverleih sowie die Garage nutzen. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
