Description

This luxurious hotel is located directly in the tourist centre, in the Playa Serena area of the resort. It is separated from the wide sandy beach by just a promenade. The surrounding area is littered with scores of restaurants, lively bars, shops and boutiques. There is also a connection to the public transport network in the immediate vicinity as well as a golf course. The hotel's facilities include a stylish lobby with all the necessary facilities. The homely, air-conditioned rooms are all fitted with an en suite bathroom and a balcony, which offers stunning panoramic views. Outside, the hotel has a wonderful, large landscaped pool area with integrated children's paddling pools as well as sun terraces with deck chairs and parasols and a snack bar. In addition, the hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a solarium and an open air hot tub. Wifi free. Additional safety and sanitation measures are currently applied in relation to (COVID -19).

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
