El hotel se encuentra en la mejor zona de Funchal, a unos 500 m del mar y de la piscina de agua salada, Lido, y a unos 2 km del centro. Las tiendas, bares y restaurantes más cercanos están a unos 10 minutos a pie. El aeropuerto se encuentra a 22 km. Este hotel de apartamentos fue renovado en 2008 y cuenta con un total de 43 habitaciones. Los elegantes y modernos estudios y apartamentos disponen de baño privado, cocina americana con microondas, nevera, cocina eléctrica de dos fuegos, hervidor de agua, cubiertos y vajilla. Además, todos los alojamientos cuentan con aire acondicionado regulable y balcón. En la azotea del edificio hay una piscina climatizada y una terraza con tumbonas con colchonetas, sombrillas y una hermosa vista al mar. El hotel también cuenta con sauna y jacuzzi.
