Das luxuriöse Landhaus ist im historischen Dorf Monte gelegen, etwa 700 m über dem Meeresspiegel und bietet einen phantastischen Ausblick über Funchal und den Atlantischen Ozean. Das Zentrum der erreichen Sie nach etwa 10 Autominuten. Im Umkreis von ca. 500 m befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und ein Anschluss an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. In ca. 4 km Entfernung erwarten Sie umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nach ungefähr 7 km verschiedene Diskotheken sowie der Strand bzw. das Meer.Das Hotel verfügt auf 4 Etagen über insgesamt 42 Zimmer, davon 38 Doppelzimmer und 4 Suiten. Zur Ausstattung gehören eine Empfangshalle mit Rezeption (24 Stunden besetzt), Hotelsafe, Wechselstube und Aufzug. - 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
