Das Hotel liegt ungefähr 800 m vom Strand und rund 2 km vom touristisch erschlossenen Fischerstädtchen Armação de Pêra entfernt, dort können im Herzen der Algarve zahlreiche Sport- und Freizeitaktivitäten genossen werden. Zu den nächsten Restaurants und Bars sind es vom Hotel aus etwa 500 m, auch die nächste Bushaltestelle ist rund 500 m entfernt. In etwa 5,5 km Entfernung befindet sich der Bahnhof von Alcantarilha und zum internationalen Flughafen in Faro sind es ungefähr 49 km. Das familienfreundliche Aparthotel ist seit 1998 geöffnet und im Jahr 2009 renoviert worden. Es bietet 135 moderne, umfassend ausgestattete Apartments. Das Resort ist sehr ruhig und verfügt über 2 Pools, Rasenflächen, einen Spielplatz und ein Spielzimmer, WLAN-Internetzugang und einen kostenlosen Minibus, der in die Stadt und an den Strand fährt. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
