Description

Cortijo del Mar Resort is located between Estepona and Marbella, in the heart of Costa del Sol. They offer one, two or three bedroom apartments very modern, luxurious and well decorated, with all neccesary utilities for living and cooking. This resort offers daily cleaning (except Sundays), free underground parking and courtesy amenities on arrival. It has a bar and an outdoor swimming pool opened from Easter until November. All apartments have heating and aircon. Tehy are open all year round.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
