El complejo está ubicado en la zona turística del Puerto de la Cruz, a 200 m de la playa más cercana. En las inmediaciones encontrarás tiendas, boutiques, bares y restaurantes. Hay una parada de autobús a unos 200 m. El hotel, de 4 plantas, cuenta con 68 habitaciones dobles. Dispone de vestíbulo con recepción 24 horas, caja fuerte y servicio de cambio de divisa, además de un acogedor bar y un restaurante. Las elegantes habitaciones están equipadas con baño, teléfono de línea directa (de pago), TV (de pago) y acceso a internet. La mayoría de las habitaciones tienen balcón. En la zona exterior hay una piscina y un solárium. Podrás jugar al billar. El desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena se sirven en forma de amplio bufé.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
