Das Hotel ist in einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude (ehemaliger königlicher Palast) untergebracht und wurde im Jahr 2003 komplett renoviert. Es verfügt über insgesamt 81 Zimmer auf 3 Etagen, davon 74 Doppel- und 5 Einzelzimmer sowie 2 Suiten. Im Inneren des historischen Gebäudes erwartet die Gäste eine Empfangshalle mit Rezeption (24-Stunden-Service) und Hotel-Safe. Zudem gibt mehrere nobel gestaltete Salons, eine Caféteria, eine Bar im Stil einer andalusischen Taverne und ein klimatisiertes á la carte Restaurant rings um einen prächtigen Patio mit historischen Kachelbildern und Artesonado-Holzdecke. Die Gäste haben darüber hinaus die Möglichkeit, den Konferenzraum, den Zimmer- und Wäscheservice sowie einen öffentlichen Internetzugang mit WLAN-Anbindung zu nutzen. PKW- und Garagenstellplätze sind vorhanden.
Cancellation Policy:

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
