Das Hotel befindet sich in der Innenstadt von Sanlúcar de Barrameda, nur ca. 300 m vom Strand entfernt.Das klimatisierte Mittelklassehotel wurde im Jahr 2008 renoviert und besitzt insgesamt 80 Zimmer, die sich auf 10 Stockwerke verteilen. Seine Gäste begrüßt es in einem geräumigen Empfangsbereich, wo Aufzüge bereit stehen. Daneben bietet das Hotel ein Café, einen Pub sowie Bars. Zu den weiteren Einrichtungen des Hauses zählen diverse Räumlichkeiten für Konferenzen. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
