Description

Upon check-in, a pre-authorization of a security deposit in the amount of €250. 00 is made, as a guarantee against possible damages to the property, which will be released up to 24 hours after check-out. This apartment hotel is only 200 m from the beach and within walking distance of all local amenities, including restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. **We inform that there will take place maintenance works (painting) throughout the Resort. These works will start on 28th October 2025 and will take place daily from 08:00 to 18:00. The expected ending date is 01st March 2026. These works are part of the continuous improvement of the Resort for the total satisfaction of our guests, and all measures were taken to minimise the disruption. **

Cancellation Policy:

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
