Hotel Maritur - Adults only is a 4 * hotel with a privileged location on a hill, the highest point of São Rafael, with panoramic views over a huge Atlantic Ocean and the Algarve Coast. It has 71 spacious rooms with large terraces and complete privacy. Built in a cozy style, they are decorated in a very Portuguese style. Restaurant, meeting room, lounge, bar and a terrace with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean are the calling card. In the leisure area you will also find a SPA, outdoor swimming pool, Aqua Bar, heated indoor pool, hot tub, gym and tennis court. This is an 'adults only Hotel” ( +16) Important information : hen/stag parties or any other celebratory group events are strictly forbidden. The property can refuse the entrance to clients that do not respect this policy

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
