We are a family-run hotel located in the Centre of Prague, a 10 minute walk from the Wenceslas Square and close to a metro I. P. Pavlova. We offer cost-effective accommodation in 30 rooms equipped with own bathroom, air conditioning in some rooms, kettle, cable TV and also free Internet connection. The reception desk is open Mo-Fri 08-16. For late check in please contact the reception on info@brezina. Arrivals outside reception working hours have to use the self check in. The access code to the reception id '7475'. Behind the first door you will find an envelope with your name and room keys inside. Hotel rooms are outside of the reception in building Legerova 39. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
