Due to covid19, temporarily hotel won´t be able to provide some services as restaurant, bar, buffet breakfast, ...The transport service for individual clients from/to the airport works on request. Feel free to call the hotel at your arrival to the airport to be picked up (from the hotel bus stop +34 913 121 960) and book the return trip at reception.The hotel is strategically located 5 minutes from IFEMA Exhibition Centre, the Congress Palace and Juan Carlos I Auditorium. Madrid-Barajas Airport is just 5 minutes from the hotel and the city centre is a 15-minute drive away. Built in 2009, the air-conditioned establishment features 217 rooms, all equipped with satellite TV and WLAN Internet access. Air-conditioning and heating are individually regulated for additional comfort. There are rooms suitable for smokers and disabled guests. Pet-friendly accommodations are also provided. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
