Para fazer o check-in no seu apartamento, temos um moderno serviço de self check-in, através de um quiosque com ecrã tátil, localizado na entrada do hotel. No ecrã tátil, deve inserir o seu número de reserva ou código de reserva e seguir as instruções que aparecerão no ecrã. Uma vez feito o check-in, a máquina fornecerá o seu cartão do quarto. Muito importante: para fazer o check-in, deve ter o cartão de identificação/passaporte de todos os adultos que ficarão no apartamento. O nosso quiosque permite a leitura destes documentos, no entanto, também pode inserir estes dados manualmente. Lembre-se que, uma vez que tenha recolhido o seu cartão-chave, deve passá-lo pelos leitores ou fechaduras localizados tanto nas portas de entrada como na porta do seu apartamento. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
