La propiedad se encuentra en el paseo marítimo, frente a la playa, y ofrece a sus huéspedes la posibilidad de dar largos paseos y disfrutar bronceándose. Los más aventureros también podrán visitar otros destinos cercanos, como los complejos costeros de Blanes y Tossa de Mar, a poco tiempo en coche, y Girona, con su amplia oferta cultural y gastronómica, a unos 40 kilómetros de distancia. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
